At COAST, every piece is handcrafted in New Zealand using the highest quality marine-grade materials, because we believe great design should last. And part of that belief means standing by our products long after they leave the workshop.

We also know that life happens - whether it’s a stray coal from the BBQ, a nick from a fishing knife, or an enthusiastic toddler with scissors – believe me we have been it all !

That’s why we offer a repair service from our Auckland workshop, giving your COAST pieces a second life when accidents happen. If your item needs some TLC, simply send it to us (clean, please - and beanbags should be cover only), along with your contact details, to:

Before sending, please email us at info@coast.co.nz so we can confirm whether the repair is possible and provide an initial estimate. Most fixes are straightforward, and we offer this service at a very reasonable price- because longevity is at the heart of everything we do.
